Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

  2. Shipping Carriers: We use third-party shipping carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to deliver our products. The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size and weight of your package, as well as your location.

  3. Shipping Timeframes: We ship our products Monday through Wednesday. Orders received after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure the products arrive in optimal condition. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing before the order is shipped. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier used, and other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of products that occur during shipping.

  1. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your package, as well as your location. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which is subject to change without notice.

  2. Shipping Instructions: If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

  3. Delivery: We are not responsible for any theft of delivered packages off customers' front door or mailbox areas. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date. Because our products are perishable, we are not responsible if food becomes spoiled because a customer fails to pick up the package from the front door or mail room area or all designated delivery addresses.

  4. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
