A LA CARTE: PASTURE-RAISED POULTRY / PORK

FAMMá uses pasture-raised chicken and pork, preferably local when we can. It has proven that these chickens contain more nutrients than conventional making it not only good for our health, but to help save our planet as well.

Our main ranchers are Pasturebird, Three Sons Farm, Peads and Barnetts, and Black Mountain Ranch. If we are unable to source chicken from these farmers we will use Mary's Organic Chicken and other organic sources.
