Neu Mune Farmstead

We purchased a 19-acre ranch in San Diego County to transform into a regenerative farmstead, Neu Mune Farmstead, set to open to the public in Spring 2025 (target date). We've already begun growing many of the squashes, greens, and herbs that go directly into FAMMá FARM meals, making them more nutrient-rich and flavorful while contributing to the health of our planet.

Chef Lando is a master "source-er," personally connecting with farmers throughout Southern California. She has visited their farms, met their families, and ensures that all ingredients are organic, local, pasture-raised, and sustainably grown from regenerative sources.

Her decades-long dedication to sustainability and nourishment is unparalleled. For example, even the homepage of PastureBird, one of the largest pasture-raised poultry ranches, features Chef Lando and her team visiting the ranch during her time running food as medicine cafés. Few embody true sustainability and nourishment as authentically as she does.
